Once an order was placed, packages are shipped approximately within 1-3 business days. Engraved items and Custom made orders will require different elements and therefore will be shipped within 5-14 days. (some require even longer and will be shipped within 4-6 weeks) * for expedited shipping, use our upgraded shipping service at a low price: For orders under $1000, use the UPS overnight shipping for $20 Orders over $1000 will be shipped overnight for free.

It is Imperative to have an adult who is authorized to sign for your package present at the designated shipping address. At the beginning of the shipment process, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
