To return or exchange your purchase please follow the instructions:
When calling us (212) 302-5301 or emailing us at: email@example.com, you will immediately receive a code.
Add the code to your original invoice.
When packing the item, include all the original packaging, attach the invoice. * If free gifts were included in the original purchase, those must be returned * It is A MUST to insure the package * We will not accept uninsured packages and will not be responsible for losses or damages during shipment. * Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer * Packages must be received by Angel’s Diamond within 21 days of the purchasing day.
Our experts will make sure the item was complete and safely returned. Please note: * All items must be returned in their original condition * Items that were damaged, worn, or changed are not refundable- in that case we will be forced to return them to the customers at their expense * The original Certificate of the item must be included. If not included, Angel’s Diamond will be forced to deduct $300 per certificate, from the amount being refunded.
Upon the Angel’s diamond experts approval, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. * The refund will be issued in its original payment method * A wire transfer will be refunded by a company check.
Angel’s Diamond will work to complete this process quickly to your satisfaction. Please make sure you follow all terms and instructions in order to prevent the failure of refunding
